Established in 2013, PT Mitra Akses Insani (MAI) is an Indonesian infrastructure company focused on the development and management of telecommunications infrastructure. The company began its operations as a fiber optic installation service provider for Telkom Akses projects and has continued to grow in line with the increasing demand for digital connectivity across Indonesia. To date, MAI has been entrusted by various telecommunications providers to support the development and maintenance of national telecom networks.

MAI’s scope of services includes the development of fiber optic backbone networks, Fiber to the Home (FTTH), Fiber to the Tower Area (FTTA), Fiber to the Mobile (FTTM), permitting and construction of telecommunication towers, submarine cable infrastructure, as well as various supporting civil works. To date, MAI has completed more than 5,000 kilometers of fiber optic network installations across various regions in Indonesia.

MAI is supported by a management team and technical professionals with decades of experience in the telecommunications and infrastructure industries, along with a deep understanding of field operations.
